1. Return & Refund:
We guarantee batteries from us with a 12 months warranty against defects in quality,but we are not responsible for buyers' mistake or wrong handling, batteries must be maintained in proper way. If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. The return shipping cost will be paid by buyer. If you don't accept our return policy, please don't buy from us.
2. Payment:
We accept payment below 1000usd via Paypal.
Over 1000usd, as to old customer, we may accept paypal payment afer email communication. But about new customer, we only accept Wire Transfer and West Union.
3. Shipping Way & Delivery time:
All the items on the website will be shipped by HK post by default.
Normally HK post by air needs about 20-50 working days due to different countries, so please don't open shipping dispute during this period of time.
If you want faster shipping ways, please contact us by email, you will add
cost difference for faster shipping.
4.Shipping Cost:
All the items on the website is free shipping by HK post.
If the customer wants to return the item for any reason, the customer will pay the return shipping .
5.Taxes and duties:
Sometimes, you may have to pay taxes when the item reaches your country, sometimes you don't have to pay. But if any taxes and duties you are asked to pay from your customs, this is not our fault. And you can not refuse to accept the item for this reason. If you insist returning the item, you will pay us both shipping and return shipping cost we paid.
